Formerly known as the British Computer Society, BCS
is the world's leading industry body for those working in IT, serving
over 70,000 members worldwide. The Sussex Branch was established in
1967. Today it boasts a vibrant community of some 1600 members, ranging
from under 20 to over 90 years of age.
We aim to hold at least 6 public meetings each year, including our
Annual General Meeting. In addition we sometimes arrange special events
and social activities. Our public meetings are free and open to everyone,
