Be part of our future
If you want to shape the exciting future of our branch, here's your
chance.
We are looking for enthusiastic people to join our committee. You
don't need to be an IT expert or a computer guru. You don't even have
to be a BCS member! All that we ask is that you are willing to help
with our activities, and you must be able to attend our meetings at
the University
of Sussex.
Take a look at our Committee
Roles factsheet to learn about the variety of things we do. As
a member of our committee you would need to work on your own initiative,
liaising with staff at BCS head office when necessary.
Serving on our committee is not only satisfying, it could enhance
your job prospects. It demonstrates that you aspire to improve both
your career and the IT profession. If you are at least 18 years of
age and would like to join our dedicated team, just ask for details.
For more information, you can contact any member of the branch
committee. We're a friendly group of volunteers, so please feel free
to discuss your interest without obligation or commitment.
The future is coming. What are you waiting for?
